Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the final product.
To qualify for a refund, customers must provide detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request.

3. Refund Process
Customers should submit their refund requests via email or through our website, including necessary information.
We will review the request within 5-7 business days.
If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Payments are non-refundable if the customer has approved the final product and has not submitted a refund request within the specified timeframe.
This policy does not apply to additional services that have been performed at the customer's request.

5. Consumer Rights
In accordance with Estonia law, customers have specific rights regarding refunds and cancellations. Customers can cancel a service agreement within a specified time frame, as defined in applicable provincial legislation (e.g., the Consumer Protection Act).
